What we do/our mission
XJTLU Human Resources is the strategic partner with the University Leadership Team, Schools, Academies and Professional Service Departments. We advance the University’s mission by designing and implementing HR strategies from the perspective of organization, people and culture, which enable XJTLU members to focus on research innovation and deliver best experience of learning and teaching to our students; also, foster a positive and productive experience for all members of XJTLU.
